Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to withdraw from the purchase of standard goods within 14 days without giving any reason. This period begins upon receipt of the goods . To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter, email):

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items. These include, among others:

• Tailor-made motorcycle seat covers
• Special padding or cushioning
• ActiveGel fittings and other custom-made products
  

Since these products are manufactured according to customer specifications, they are excluded from cancellation.

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective cancellation, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made promptly, and no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice .

The goods must be returned to us at your expense, provided this is reasonable. The customer shall bear the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
